To support internal communications efforts, I wrote monthly Mailchimp e-newsletters and sent them out to our employees to share company events, successes, and programs. This offered opportunities for collaboration, celebration, and job satisfaction. It received positive feedback and had an average 71.8% open rate.
USF Marketing Club

As Vice President of Internal Communications for our Marketing Club Members, I devised our email marketing strategy and created a Mailchimp e-newsletter to send out promotional notices and internship opportunities. The newsletter averaged a 60.3% open rate over one year.
ASUSF Senate

In my role as Vice President of Marketing and Communications, I created several promotional materials to be executed as part of my integrated marketing strategy for our flagship events. As such I adapted our copy for some more formal promotional emails to the student body in the Student Leadership and Engagement Newsletter (The Phoneix) as well as ones sent from our official email addresses. We averaged a 34% open rate across 2 years for a student body of 6000+ undergraduates.
International Student Association

To maintain interest in our organization after our rebrand, I designed biweekly e-newsletters using Mailchimp to continue promoting our events and sustaining our student engagement efforts. We averaged a 55% open rate over 1.5 years of email marketing.
